Who we are

The site is run by SCHACC Inc., a South Carolina nonprofit corporation.

Content

Site content is for general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Photos credited on our Accessibility page belong to their creators under the licences shown there. The SCHACC name and seal belong to SCHACC Inc.

Membership

Membership is for people and organizations aged 18 or older. Its terms appear on the Membership page and at checkout.

Directory

Members are responsible for their listings. They must be accurate and lawful, and must not infringe anyone’s rights. We may edit or remove any listing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to access accounts that are not yours, sending spam through our forms, or scraping the directory for marketing.

Third parties

Payments run through Zeffy under its own terms. Links to member and third-party sites are not endorsements.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, SCHACC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or the directory.

Governing law

South Carolina law governs these terms.
